Senior Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Key role in executing the growth strategy through proactive market development and exploration of new business opportunities in the B2B sector.

• Identifying, approaching, and acquiring new clients, particularly in large-scale properties, real estate funds, facility management, and planning offices.

• Managing, nurturing, and strategically expanding existing customer relationships and key accounts.

• Conducting comprehensive market and competitive analysis to uncover trends, customer requirements, and market potential.

• Preparing customized, target-specific proposals and independently managing contract and pricing negotiations.

• Utilizing appropriate sales and marketing tools for systematic lead generation and qualification.

• Regular travel within Germany and neighboring countries for face-to-face customer support and participation in trade fairs, conferences, and industry events.


⛳️ Requirements

• You have successfully completed vocational training or a degree, preferably in engineering, energy, or business.

• You possess several years of experience in sales or customer account management, ideally with complex, technically-oriented products such as building automation or energy management.

• You have a strong technical understanding and are eager to deepen your knowledge of the digital value chain and complex interrelationships, with the ability to clearly convey benefits and advantages.

• You have a keen interest in industry trends and new technologies and wish to learn how to effectively identify market potential and address customer needs.

• You possess excellent German language skills and good English proficiency to confidently operate in a diverse, including international, working environment.

• You present yourself with confidence, credibility, and social competence, demonstrating customer focus, empathy, and teamwork. You actively participate in collaboration and seek pragmatic solutions.

• You work efficiently and meticulously, maintaining an overview even in complex situations. With enthusiasm, creativity, and initiative, you approach tasks, communicate clearly and effectively, and persuade with strong argumentation and assertiveness.
