• **Senior executive liaison:** You will serve as the primary contact for senior decision-makers, offering expert advice and ensuring that Lingoda’s solutions are integral to the client’s HR strategies.
• **Integration of client feedback:** You will synthesize complex client insights and market dynamics into actionable recommendations for the leadership team to inform future product and sales strategies.

• **Collaborative strategy development:** You will work alongside Marketing and Product teams to create lead-generation campaigns that resonate precisely with the medical sector's target audience.
• **Operational leadership:** You will establish new benchmarks for sales best practices, CRM management, and data-driven decision-making within the B2B team.
• **Cross-departmental collaboration:** You will align Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Sales Operations, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless, top-tier customer experience for all enterprise healthcare clients.
• Expert mentoring and team enablement.
• **Knowledge sharing:** You will function as the team’s subject-matter expert (SME), coaching colleagues on significant deals and imparting advanced negotiation techniques to enhance overall performance.
• **Internal training leadership:** You will conduct training sessions and workshops to deepen the team’s understanding of the healthcare market and the unique sales cycles within the industry.
• **Fostering a culture of excellence:** You will exemplify a high-performance, ownership mentality and serve as a guiding professional influence for the entire commercial team.
• A relevant university degree or an equivalent commercial/business qualification.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in B2B sales, ideally within the healthcare sector.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring new customers and managing the complete sales lifecycle—from initial prospecting to closing deals.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage persuasively across all channels (written, verbal, and digital).
• Fluent in German (C2 level) and proficient in business English (spoken and written).
• A confident, professional demeanor, capable of building authentic trust with stakeholders at various levels.
• Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for effective pipeline and account management.
• A structured, independent approach to work with strong initiative, ownership, and dependability.
• A strong plus (but not mandatory):
• Experience in Educational Technology (EdTech), workflow automation, and the design of scalable processes.
• Familiarity with the German healthcare system and its frameworks, including practical experience with the Federal Employment Agency (Bundesagentur für Arbeit).
