This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Sector Authority: Leads the growth of Lingoda’s presence in the healthcare and eldercare industries, utilizing extensive industry knowledge to establish Lingoda as a vital partner.
• High-Value Acquisition: Manages the complete sales process for Tier-1 accounts, employing advanced social selling techniques and executive outreach to navigate intricate healthcare networks.
• Pipeline Architecture: Independently creates and enhances prospect frameworks that guarantee a strong, high-conversion pipeline aligned with long-term business goals.
• Consultative Selling: Provides impactful product demonstrations and tailored solution designs that address the specific regulatory and operational challenges faced by healthcare providers.
• Partnership Stewardship: Oversees a prestigious client portfolio, transforming transactional relationships into enduring strategic alliances through proactive value delivery.
• Executive Liaison: Acts as the main contact for key decision-makers, offering expert guidance and ensuring that Lingoda’s solutions are integrated into the client’s core talent strategy.
• Feedback Integration: Consolidates complex client feedback and market developments into actionable insights for the executive team to shape future product and sales strategies.
• Strategy Co-Creation: Works alongside Marketing and Product leadership to design lead-generation campaigns that resonate with the specific needs of the medical sector.
• Operational Excellence: Establishes the standard for sales best practices, CRM management, and data-driven decision-making within the B2B team.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Promotes alignment between SDRs, Sales Operations, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for all enterprise healthcare clients.
• Knowledge Transfer: Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) for the team, providing high-level deal coaching and sharing advanced negotiation techniques to enhance collective performance.
• Team Enablement: Leads internal training programs and workshops to deepen the team’s understanding of the healthcare sector and industry-specific sales cycles.
• Culture of Excellence: Exemplifies a high-performance, ownership-driven mindset, serving as a professional role model for the broader commercial organization.
• Successfully obtained a university degree or equivalent commercial qualification.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in B2B sales, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
• Outstanding communication abilities with the capacity to engage professionally across written, verbal, and digital platforms.
• Fluent in German at the C2 level, with a strong command of English (both spoken and written).
• Confident and professional demeanor, capable of building trust with stakeholders at various levels.
• Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for managing pipelines and customer relations.
• Structured and independent working style with a high degree of initiative, ownership, and reliability.
• Knowledge in educational technology, workflow automation, and scalable process design (preferred).
• Familiarity with the German healthcare system and its structures, including experience with the Bundesagentur für Arbeit (BA) (preferred).
