This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will engage fleet operators, logistics firms, and freight forwarders as new clients for our CO2-neutral, toll-exempt trucks equipped with KEYOU-inside hydrogen engines, while also developing flagship projects in selected hydrogen pilot regions.
• You will identify strategic key accounts and assume operational responsibility for the sales of our 'Hydrogen as a Service' model.
• Collaborating with our Chief Commercial Officer, you will actively contribute to shaping regional market entry strategies, work on the conceptual enhancement of our current sales strategy, and implement it consistently and at scale.
• You will focus on transitioning pilot projects into scalable rollouts and play a crucial role in meeting our growth objectives.
• Conducting TCO, market, and competitor analyses, you will uncover new business opportunities and derive actionable sales measures from them.
• You will collaborate closely with Business Development, Product Management, Marketing, and After Sales to create comprehensive, customer-focused solutions.
• You will represent KEYOU at trade fairs, customer events, and industry gatherings, actively expanding our network within political and association circles.
• You possess substantial sales experience in the commercial vehicle or logistics sector, have a keen understanding of its market dynamics, and ideally maintain a reliable network with fleet operators and freight forwarders.
• You can showcase a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, a degree in business administration, or a comparable qualification.
• You are willing to travel frequently, including occasional trips within Europe.
• You think entrepreneurially and demonstrate strong customer orientation, negotiation skills, closing ability, and effective stakeholder management.
• You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, even in fast-paced and evolving environments.
• You are characterized by strategic thinking paired with a strong hands-on mentality.
• You have experience using ERP and CRM systems and leverage digital tools for data-driven decisions and forecasts.
• You communicate confidently in both German and English, in writing and verbally.
