Senior Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.

📋 Description

• The Sales Manager leads and oversees the planning, direction, and execution of sales initiatives aimed at enhancing sales performance in the Military, Industry, Automotive, Medical, Data Centre, Networking, and Consumer sectors.

• Collaborates with Taiwan Management and corporate headquarters to manage all facets of the business in the designated area: setting goals, reporting, product allocations, and resource optimization, including pricing strategies.

• Formulates a vision for the Sales team and identifies ways to improve market penetration.

• Develops a roadmap and business plan for the area to ensure strategic alignment.

• Drives the entire organization forward by leveraging output from teams beyond Sales, including Technical Support, Marketing, and Quality Assurance.

• Cultivates executive relationships with key clients and mentors staff to foster similar connections.

• Promotes a culture of accountability by establishing goals, driving execution, monitoring performance metrics, and making necessary adjustments.

• Ensures consistent communication and strong working relationships between the Sales team and other global teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of the semiconductor sales process.

• Experience with FPGAs is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with semiconductor technologies, including Device, Design, and System Technologies.

• Understanding of the Industry, Automotive, Medical, and Consumer sectors.

• Over 10 years of experience in the semiconductor (Logic Devices) business.

• Experience working in foreign-owned organizations or having international assignments.

• Background in conducting global business.

• Experience working closely with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• Proficient in English.
