Senior Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee designated channel partners to achieve the Annual Operating Plan, focusing on key sales revenue outcomes.

• Establish methods for tracking Channel Sales progress and address challenges alongside project managers, line managers, and customers.

• Engage in demand creation initiatives, connecting with various stakeholders to promote specification acceptance through owners, consultants, and interior designers. Manage the sales pipeline using NEX CRM.

• Provide regular reporting in accordance with the MOS cadence.

• Evaluate project challenges and formulate solutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives.

• Work collaboratively with the Offering Management team to achieve an optimal and profitable product mix as part of go-to-market strategies.

• Partner closely with the Channel Marketing Manager to design and execute customer programs.

• Position Honeywell as the preferred choice for customers by enhancing Channel Sales solutions.

• Apply your innovative ideas to resolve complex customer challenges.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of principles and best practices in Channel Sales.

• Relevant experience in Building Automation, particularly with electrical products.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills in both English and the local language; proficiency in Mandarin and Chinese dialects is a plus.

• Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal guidance.

• Capability to influence decisions at the operational level.

• A wide network of M&E Consultants, Interior Designers, and End-Users.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a preference for Electrical Engineering.

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.

• Valid Driver's License.
