This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Overseeing intricate B2B sales cycles (6–24 months)
• Assessing client needs and influencing key decision-makers
• Conducting customer presentations and acting as the representative for Simovative
• Collaborating with Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success to enhance after-sales processes
• Leveraging modern tools (CRM, AI-driven lead analysis) to organize the sales funnel
• 4–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS, ideally within EdTech, public sector, ERP, or systems integration environments
• Demonstrated success in navigating lengthy, consultative sales cycles
• Strong, persuasive presence
• Analytical mindset with a passion for technology and education
• Hands-on experience with AI tools in everyday sales activities
• Collaborative team player with empathy, a sense of humor, and good timing
• Proficient and articulate communication skills in both German and English
• Preferred: Some experience in managing public-sector tender processes
