This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Comprehensive Sales Ownership: Accountable for managing the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closure.

• Inbound Excellence (~70%): Systematic qualification and conversion of pre-qualified leads.

• Outbound Initiative (~30%): Proactive pipeline development through walk-ins, events, and referrals.

• Consultative Selling: Advisory approach based on client needs, emphasizing value delivery and the establishment of enduring customer relationships.

• Enterprise and Project Business: Oversight and conclusion of intricate sales projects involving sophisticated customer frameworks like MVZ (medical care centers), groups, and DSOs.

• Stakeholder Management: Proficiently navigating interactions with multiple decision-makers across various levels.

• Performance and Forecasting: Dependable management of the sales pipeline, reporting, and accountability for forecasts.


⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within a SaaS context.

• Proven track record of successfully closing deals, especially in complex sales cycles.

• Experience engaging with demanding clients and managing larger deal structures is advantageous.

• Excellent communication skills and confidence in negotiation scenarios.

• Ability to articulate complex solutions in a clear and persuasive manner.

• Organized, data-oriented, and self-motivated work style.

• Background in the dental sector (e.g., ZFA — dental assistant, ZMV — dental practice manager, dentist) is beneficial.

• Familiarity with dental practice workflows and their financial impacts.
