This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Take ownership of the US territory for Retargeting sales, driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and forming strategic partnerships.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closing, and transitioning to onboarding teams.
• Create and implement a focused prospecting strategy.
• Keep an updated pipeline in HubSpot (or another CRM), ensuring precise forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
• Develop customized proposals and consultative solutions for both gaming and non-gaming advertisers, highlighting Adikteev's value in performance-driven retargeting.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including growth, retention, and marketing leads at premier advertisers across the US.
• Identify and secure partnerships that enhance Retargeting adoption across new sectors in the US market.
• Represent Adikteev at significant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to boost visibility and pipeline opportunities in the region.
• Provide a target account list (including gaming and non-gaming companies) that you are confident can be converted within your first two quarters.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Account Management and Campaign Management) to ensure smooth transitions from sales to activation.
• Share market insights with leadership to enhance strategy, positioning, and client engagement throughout the EMEA retargeting ecosystem.
• Possess 3 to 5 years of demonstrated sales experience in Retargeting, app marketing, or performance marketing.
• Have a proven history of achieving or surpassing sales targets in a fast-paced setting.
• Be highly proficient in HubSpot or a similar CRM, and disciplined in recording daily prospecting activities.
• Excel in high-volume prospecting while maintaining a strategic and consultative sales approach.
• Exhibit exceptional presentation and negotiation abilities with a strong capacity to engage C-level and senior marketing decision-makers in the EMEA market.
• Be fluent in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of a second language is an advantage.
• Be self-motivated, analytical, and goal-oriented, with the independence to manage your market and deliver results.
• Candidates must hold citizenship of a EU member country and/or maintain legal residency in France.
