This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Propel revenue enhancement and broaden market reach.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of Account Managers.
• Oversee the development and implementation of detailed territory and account strategies.
• Maintain a high level of customer interaction and satisfaction.
• At least 7 years of proven success in enterprise B2B sales.
• Established leadership capabilities; experience in sales management is preferred.
• Background in selling intricate software or technology solutions in industrial or asset-heavy sectors is beneficial.
• Excellent coaching, communication, and engagement skills with executives.
• A degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related discipline) is preferred but not mandatory.
