Senior Sales Incentive Compensation, Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the modeling and analysis of commission plans.

• Acquire and verify Salesforce CRM data utilized in commission calculations.

• Facilitate the commission calculation process, including executing quality control measures to ensure precision.

• Aid in drafting, distributing, and maintaining commission plan documents along with sales enablement resources.

• Prepare and disseminate commission statements to participants.

• Address, investigate, and resolve commission inquiries; escalate complex issues when necessary.

• Assist with ad hoc analysis requests, which include developing summary materials and insights to aid leadership decision-making, along with producing executive-ready outputs.

• Support territory reassignments and target updates that influence commission calculations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.

• At least two (2) years of experience in Incentive Compensation, Finance Operations, or a similar analytical position.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Advanced skills in Excel are necessary, including the use of complex formulas and pivot tables.

• Must be capable of swiftly and independently constructing, validating, and maintaining intricate commission models and analyses with a high level of accuracy.

• Familiarity with macros and Power BI is preferred.

• 0-2 years of experience with Salesforce is preferred.

• Ability to create professionally formatted summary materials and analytical outputs.

• Experience in supporting multi-region commission or incentive compensation programs is advantageous.

• Strong data and financial analysis capabilities.

• Ability to identify and comprehend broad-scope issues while maintaining a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

• Organizational skills with the capacity to handle competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.

• Proactive, problem-solving attitude with sound judgment and the ability to make recommendations.

• Strong team orientation with excellent follow-up and internal stakeholder support.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative, partnership-focused approach.
