This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take full ownership of Digital Front Door agreements within provincial and health systems from start to finish.
• Manage the sales process, account strategy, and forecasting activities.
• Develop and implement detailed account plans for provinces and health authorities.
• Identify stakeholders, understand buying processes, budget cycles, political timelines, and procurement methods.
• Decompose system-level programs into phased agreements with specified scope, value, and signatures.
• Formulate mutual close plans for contracts exceeding $1M.
• Lead provincial RFP initiatives in collaboration with the Bid Manager, which includes making bid/no-bid choices, establishing win themes, setting pricing strategies, conducting oral presentations, and demos.
• Facilitate executive sponsorship with ministers, deputy ministers, and leaders in health authorities.
• Cultivate relationships with a minimum of three stakeholders for each account.
• Keep Salesforce stage data updated and commit to forecasts during bi-weekly forecasting calls.
• Construct delivery plans for each closure and maintain engagement until the go-live phase.
• Collaborate with delivery and integration partners effectively.
• Report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer while working alongside executive sponsors, Bid Strategy, Solutions Engineering, and Delivery & Customer Excellence teams.
• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales.
• More than 5 years of experience selling to Canadian provincial governments, health authorities, or large health systems.
• Proven track record of finalizing multi-year, multi-million-dollar contracts through public-sector sales cycles lasting 12–18 months or more.
• Established credibility with ministers, deputy ministers, and executives in health authorities.
• Practical experience with formal RFPs and Canadian public procurement processes.
• Strong discipline in account planning, phased deals, mutual close plans, and precise forecasting using Salesforce.
• Experience in selling software integrated with services and implementation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in French is a plus, particularly for engagements with stakeholders in New Brunswick and Quebec.
• A background in virtual care, digital health, or clinical services is advantageous.
• Established relationships in Atlantic Canada or the Prairies are beneficial.
• Experience transitioning a pilot or initial phase into a province-wide program is preferred.
• Must reside near a major Canadian airport hub for frequent travel support.
• Openness to regular travel across Canada is required.
