This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Provide trip quotes, manage scheduling, and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and current sales forecasts, always anticipating future needs.
• Follow up on payments and ensure prompt billing for any additional services rendered.
• Manage the sales inbox: respond promptly, quote efficiently, and follow up diligently.
• Reach out to prospects and clients to drive conversions, maintain engagement, and build long-term trust.
• Participate in industry events and sales conferences to enhance relationships and expand Planet 9’s network.
• Stay informed on regulatory requirements (e.g., UK/France weekend permits, etc.).
• Take charge of client issues and feedback — resolve issues quickly, keep it personal, and protect the brand.
• Represent Planet 9 confidently in all interactions with clients, brokers, and partners.
• Collaborate closely with Inflight and Ops teams to provide seamless client experiences.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with brokers, clients, and key industry stakeholders to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
• Assist in the planning of sales strategies and contribute innovative ideas to propel us forward.
• Regularly maintain and update sales platforms (Avinode, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.).
• Aid in billing, contracts, and digital tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Contribute to sales strategy and advocate for a team-first culture.
• Lead site visits to showcase Planet 9’s offerings and differentiate from competitors.
• 3-5 years of experience in Private Aviation managing a floating transatlantic fleet.
• Proactive and hands-on approach — takes initiative and excels in fast-paced settings.
• Confident communicator — quickly builds trust with clients, brokers, and internal teams.
• Skilled in navigating broker relationships — understands how to manage complex interactions, balancing persistence with tact.
• Knowledgeable about the pace and objections within the private aviation market.
• Willing to make calls, pursue leads, and follow up until closure is achieved.
• Collaborative yet capable of taking ownership and leading when necessary.
• Brings energy, enthusiasm, and a solutions-oriented approach to every interaction.
