Senior Sales Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Identify and cultivate new market opportunities within industrial distribution channels, including panel builders and manufacturers of machines and equipment.

• Lead commercial initiatives in the states of Paraná and Santa Catarina, maintaining a strong presence in the field and being available for frequent travel.

• Oversee the sales of Electrification products, systems, and services, with an emphasis on volume, mix, and profitability.

• Build and sustain relationships with customers and partners, gaining insights into their needs and positioning ABB’s comprehensive portfolio effectively.

• Create sales plans utilizing ABB-approved tools, tracking performance, and executing recovery actions as necessary.

• Prepare proposals in collaboration with proposal and marketing teams, ensuring alignment in technical, financial, and commercial aspects.

• Engage with customers regarding delivery schedules, payment conditions, commercial terms, and other contractual elements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in technical sales related to the Electrification portfolio.

• Familiarity with industrial distribution channels, panel builders, and manufacturers of machines and equipment.

• Willingness to travel frequently within the designated region.

• A valid driver's license (Category B) is required to operate a company vehicle.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred, ideally in Electrical Engineering or Control and Automation Engineering.

• Proficiency in English at an intermediate or advanced level.

• Experience using CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.

• Understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, and sales planning methodologies.
