This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take ownership of securing technical victories and influencing purchasing choices by designing solutions that leverage Axon’s ecosystem, delivering value that aligns with customers’ business and technical needs.
• Develop strong relationships with executive and technical stakeholders, serving as a trusted technical advisor throughout the Enterprise customer journey, from initial discovery and solution design to executive alignment and deal closure.
• Identify and design high-value, industry-leading solutions by revealing customers’ emerging operational requirements and next-generation desired outcomes.
• Provide detailed, data-driven customer feedback and insights to shape product roadmap prioritization and ensure market fit.
• Create collaborative partnerships across Sales, Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success to drive business growth, enhance processes, and promote effective teamwork.
• Enhance team performance by documenting and sharing best practices and domain expertise while continuously refining your skills.
• Strategic, customer-facing technical leader with over 8 years of experience thriving in complex Enterprise environments with numerous stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Discovery expert who deeply comprehends customers’ fundamental challenges and objectives, even when not explicitly articulated, and translates them into scalable, outcome-focused solutions, particularly when pioneering innovative applications.
• Outstanding communicator with executive presence, engaging both senior decision-makers and technical stakeholders to deliver compelling narratives that concisely and persuasively articulate a customized value proposition.
• Proficient in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and architectures.
• Experience integrating AI to provide value.
• Familiarity with SaaS-based solutions.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs).
• Knowledge of CCTV and video management systems, as well as access control technologies (e.g., Genetec, Milestone, Avigilon, Ocularis), is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
