This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing Sales Engineering team to achieve set objectives.
• Oversee both individual and team performance, ensuring optimal levels of productivity.
• Exhibit analytical and problem-solving abilities to influence customer perspectives.
• Enhance the Oasis sales methodology and processes, including product demonstrations.
• Evaluate training requirements and implement initiatives to elevate the Sales Engineering team.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors on account strategies and planning.
• Contribute insights to corporate functions, especially in field sales and marketing.
• Cultivate relationships with product teams and key decision-makers.
• Over 5 years of experience in Sales Engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership, mentoring, or Player-Coach role.
• Profound knowledge of SaaS solutions and their operational mechanisms.
• Strong understanding or experience in Identity and fundamental identity principles.
• Proven experience in supporting enterprise clients and navigating complex sales cycles.
• Exceptional communication abilities, including experience addressing both technical and business audiences.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred educational background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent global experience.
