This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Serve as a technical expert for customers, connecting company technology with client needs.
• Assist clients in grasping value propositions and facilitate seamless sales transactions.
• Work closely with the ZOLL Medical direct sales team and distributor network to promote growth in ZOLL Code Data sales throughout the sales cycle.
• Manage all technical elements while sales representatives handle commercial responsibilities.
• Willingness to travel to various sales regions from the home office (approximately 50% of the time).
• At least 3 years of experience in a SaaS (software as a service) environment.
• Strong understanding of networking, including firewalls and certificates.
• Familiarity with data-related solutions and the integration of various systems.
• A genuine interest in understanding technical challenges and addressing customer issues.
• Previous experience in a matrix organization and with CRM systems.
• Excellent communication skills: capable of conveying complex technical ideas clearly and succinctly to all business levels, from end-users to decision-makers, including C-level executives.
• High technical aptitude and proficient problem-solving abilities.
• Strong presentation skills: adept at delivering captivating and informative product demonstrations and presentations.
• Experience in supporting a sales organization focused on intricate enterprise software and hardware solutions.
• Background in software and/or medical capital equipment sales.
