Senior Sales Call Center Agent – Cold Calling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound cold calls from a designated lead list, introducing Belle’s services.

• Inform seniors about the significance of lower extremity health and chronic care management.

• Establish rapport and trust with potential clients through effective and compassionate communication.

• Arrange in-home health assessments for seniors with Belle’s skilled technicians.

• Address objections and concerns using Belle’s established sales script and training methods.

• Achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly goals for appointment-setting.

• Precisely document calls and update CRM records with customer interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in Medicare sales, health insurance sales, insurance enrollment, telemarketing, healthcare, or senior services is preferred.

• Strongly preferred experience in Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, or other health insurance sales.

• Excellent verbal communication skills with the capability to engage, educate, and build trust with senior populations.

• A positive attitude, persistence, and the ability to effectively handle objections.

• Comfortable using CRM systems and call center software.

• Bilingual abilities (Spanish or another language) are preferred and considered an advantage.
