This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Drive the growth of new business and revenue for ATE boards and/or MSAP technology in the DACH and BeNeLux regions.
• Establish, manage, and enhance long-term strategic relationships with customers in the telecommunications and/or semiconductor sectors.
• Create and implement sales and account strategies to penetrate new markets and engage key clients.
• Lead intricate sales processes and collaborate closely with clients and production partners in Asia and/or Europe on product and solution development.
• Assess market and technology trends to refine sales strategies and pinpoint new growth prospects.
• Work collaboratively across various internal teams to guarantee customer satisfaction, product efficacy, and ongoing enhancements.
• Represent the organization at industry events and trade shows to bolster market presence and expand networks.
• Demonstrated success in Senior Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management within the electronics, PCB, semiconductor, or similar technology fields.
• Strong capability to identify new business avenues, develop markets, and foster long-term strategic customer relationships.
• Experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and successfully closing high-value technical agreements.
• Robust understanding of technical products, manufacturing settings, and solution-oriented selling.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a strong sense of commercial responsibility.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior decision-makers.
• Comfortable in an international setting, working with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, high self-motivation, and a readiness to take charge of market development.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of German or other European languages is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
