Senior Sales Admin Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Address inquiries by posing insightful questions, collecting, and disseminating information.

• Oversee logistics and event coordination for all leadership gatherings, including venue selection, catering, schedule development, and on-site meeting assistance.

• Organize and manage business travel arrangements, ensuring leaders have the required documentation for both domestic and international travel.

• Handle various documents, including composing, editing, and proofreading memos, letters, reports, PowerPoint presentations, SharePoint updates, surveys, organizational charts, and managing records.

• Task and project management responsibilities may include (but are not limited to) managing invitations, coordinating presentation materials and handouts, transcribing and recording meeting notes, capturing action items, takeaways, recording audio when necessary, facilitating online inquiries from participants during meetings, troubleshooting technical and logistical challenges, and organizing follow-up activities. Effectively manage leaders’ time through strategic and proactive calendar oversight.

• Assist leadership in planning and disseminating communications for team members and leaders.

• Prepare personnel, purchasing, and other administrative documentation for leadership teams, forwarding them for approval and processing.

• Provide training and backup support for other Administrative Business Partners as required.

• Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for department team members.

• Display a comprehensive understanding of the department and relevant Company policies, procedures, and operations.

• Engage in department projects and tasks, including but not limited to training and team meetings.

• Monitor, maintain, and order departmental supplies while managing the associated budget; may oversee other department-specific processes or activities.

• Operate in a dynamic environment where continuous quality improvement and organizational enhancement are priorities.

• This role requires adaptability and flexibility to meet changing business demands.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• A minimum of 1 year of administrative experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and LucidChart.

• Experience in conveying essential information clearly, both in writing and verbally.

• Capability to proofread documents for correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

• Ability to learn various software programs.

• Familiarity with reporting automation tools is beneficial.

• A proactive attitude, taking initiative to anticipate needs and assume responsibilities.

• Strong attention to detail, ensuring precision in all tasks.

• A problem-solving mindset, with the capacity to adapt and respond effectively to challenges.
