This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Manage, send, and reply to emails utilizing Microsoft Outlook.
• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls for the Financial Advisor.
• Prepare, revise, and organize various documents.
• Schedule appointments and oversee calendar management.
• Generate and maintain reports.
• Provide support with general administrative and organizational duties.
• Fundamental computer skills are essential.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams) is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capacity to work independently and effectively manage time.
• Eagerness to acquire new skills and tools.
• Experience with CRM software is advantageous.
