This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Deliver exceptional administrative and operational assistance to ensure Pearson Professional Development programmes operate efficiently and provide a top-notch customer experience.
• Oversee the comprehensive operational setup for qualifications training and commercial Professional Development programmes, managing processes from initial inquiry to post-session follow-up.
• Handle learner and stakeholder queries, providing precise, timely, and professional responses while escalating issues as necessary.
• Keep meticulous records, trackers, and documentation to facilitate programme delivery, reporting, and audit preparedness.
• Assist with logistics for virtual delivery, including scheduling, distribution of joining instructions, attendance tracking, evaluations/feedback, and follow-up communications.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, suppliers, and facilitators to ensure activities remain on schedule and deliver a consistent, high-quality experience.
• Employ approved tools, including AI-assisted drafting and summarization when relevant, to enhance efficiency and quality while ensuring accuracy, tone, and compliance with data-handling requirements.
• Possess a degree-level education (or equivalent).
• Have a minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in administrative or customer service roles.
• Demonstrate proven experience in administrative coordination, such as programme support, operations coordination, project support, or events administration, within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in supporting learning and training activities, which includes scheduling sessions, managing attendance, addressing learner inquiries, assisting with virtual delivery platforms, and issuing joining instructions along with post-session communications.
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders and customers (both internal and external), including triaging queries while maintaining a professional, service-oriented approach.
• Exhibit excellent written English and proofreading abilities, with a strong focus on detail.
• Possess strong planning and time-management skills, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple deadlines.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and the initiative to resolve issues as they arise.
• Be a confident user of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital systems, with a capability to quickly learn new platforms.
• Experience in accurately managing data, such as maintaining learner records, reporting trackers, and operational logs, with the necessary confidentiality and care.
