This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage in and/or spearhead the financial aspects of Sage X3 projects.
• Review Statements of Work and Master Service Agreements prior to project involvement.
• Execute assigned tasks with minimal supervision and in accordance with project documentation and NexTec methodology.
• Maintain an annual utilization rate of 70 percent or higher.
• Keep relevant Sage X3 certifications up to date and continually enhance Sage X3 skills.
• Direct requirements gathering and design processes for operations modules.
• Collaborate with consulting and client core teams to gather necessary information.
• Oversee configuration, training, testing, and go-live procedures for medium-sized or complex projects.
• Manage activities and address functional inquiries with minimal escalation.
• Report on status, issues, and concerns to project managers and architects/leads.
• Mentor team members and ensure adherence to methodology and best practices through quality assurance.
• Negotiate solutions for business, process, and functional challenges with stakeholders.
• Build and nurture trusted-advisor relationships with customers.
• Adhere to NexTec implementation methodologies.
• Meet utilization objectives while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, MIS, Computer Science, Finance, Supply Chain, Cannabis, or a comparable mix of education and experience.
• At least eight years of ERP implementation experience.
• Minimum of three years of experience with Sage X3 implementation.
• Sage X3 Manufacturing Certification is required, or a commitment to obtain further certifications.
• Additional certifications are advantageous.
• Previous experience in professional services consulting is preferred.
• Experience facilitating group design discussions is also preferred.
• Capability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Proficient in articulating end-to-end business processes and key integration points.
• Ability to collaborate across various business processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in business processes and application functionalities.
• Intermediate knowledge of industry best practices.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Must reside within the United States.
• Commission in addition to base salary.
