
Senior Sage Intacct Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee comprehensive Sage Intacct implementation projects from initial discovery to post-go-live assistance.
• Collect business requirements and convert them into scalable configurations within Sage Intacct.
• Set up company structure, dimensions, modules, workflows, approvals, user roles, permissions, and system configurations.
• Create and implement dashboards, financial reports, custom reports, and operational KPIs.
• Assist with data migration tasks, including data mapping, imports, validation, and reconciliation.
• Facilitate and resolve integration issues between Sage Intacct and external applications utilizing APIs and middleware solutions.
• Perform solution testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment tasks.
• Conduct training sessions for administrators and end-users while preparing implementation documentation and user manuals.
• Recognize opportunities to automate workflows and enhance client business processes using Sage Intacct capabilities.
• Offer post-implementation support, system optimization, and ongoing technical guidance.
• Work closely with CFOs, Controllers, Finance Leaders, developers, and cross-functional project teams.
• Manage several implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, milestones, and client expectations.
• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in Sage Intacct implementation and configuration.
• Proven track record of leading multiple ERP implementation projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Sage Intacct modules, dimensions, workflows, reporting, and security management.
• Experience with ERP implementation methodologies and business process analysis.
• Background in supporting data migration and system integration.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, middleware platforms, and integration with third-party software.
• Strong project management skills and client-facing consulting experience.
• Ability to align with U.S. business hours (PST) with flexibility to accommodate client collaboration and project deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and project collaboration tools.
• Effective communication skills with U.S. partners and teams.
• U.S. CPA Exam Support: Reimbursement for review courses and exam fees upon successful completion.
