Senior Ruby Developer

📋 Description

• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams (including Product Manager, Product Designer, and Developers) to create solutions that delight and support our customers.

• Engage in ensuring the quality and security of the squad's deliveries and processes.

• Track and analyze metrics to monitor team health and the progress of objectives, suggesting improvements to enhance any areas needing attention during the process.

• Play an active role in defining and maintaining the squad's objectives, collaboratively developing solutions with team members.

• Foster a culture of continuous teaching and learning in a collaborative setting.

• Build and technically guide the development team's solutions, providing and receiving ongoing feedback to facilitate the team's growth and achievement of objectives.

• Offer assistance and guidance on software architecture, as well as in planning and refining activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency or knowledge in the primary programming language of our stack: Ruby.

• Experience with projects that utilize relational databases.

• Ability to write and maintain unit and integration tests.

• Experience working within multidisciplinary teams.

• Familiarity with background processing tools such as Sidekiq.

• Experience with AWS services.

• Involvement in technology communities.

• Contributions to open source projects.
