Senior RPA Developer, UiPath

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create automations of medium to high complexity utilizing UiPath.

• Collaborate with various business areas to gather and analyze both technical and functional requirements.

• Evaluate processes and recommend optimal technical methods for automation.

• Design and deploy RPA solutions adhering to architectural, security, governance, and development standards.

• Conduct corrective, preventive, and evolutionary maintenance on existing robotic processes.

• Integrate automations with ERPs, CRMs, databases, web and desktop applications, as well as REST APIs.

• Develop solutions using the REFramework to ensure standardization, resilience, and ease of maintenance.

• Configure and oversee queues, assets, triggers, jobs, and schedules through UiPath Orchestrator.

• Establish mechanisms for exception handling, logging, retries, and monitoring of automated processes.

• Conduct and support unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance tests.

• Investigate and resolve production incidents, performing root cause analysis when required.

• Create and keep current technical and functional documentation for automations.

• Employ best practices for code versioning utilizing Git.

• Identify areas for improvement, component reuse, and optimization of existing automations.

• Engage in publishing, deployment, and monitoring processes for automations in production.

• Offer technical support to less experienced team members, sharing knowledge and reviewing solutions.

• Participate in agile rituals, refinement sessions, estimations, and technical discussions.

• Contribute to the definition and evolution of development and governance standards for the RPA pipeline.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in developing RPA solutions using UiPath.

• Proficient in medium to high complexity automations.

• Strong grasp of RPA concepts and best practices.

• Solid understanding of programming logic.

• Familiarity with UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.

• Experience with the REFramework.

• Knowledge of Queues, Assets, Triggers, and Jobs in UiPath Orchestrator.

• Proven experience in automating web and desktop applications.

• Competence in handling Excel, CSV, and TXT files.

• Understanding of SQL databases.

• Experience in integrating with and utilizing REST APIs.

• Familiarity with code versioning using Git.

• Proficiency in structured exception handling, logging, and monitoring.

• Experience in supporting and troubleshooting automations within production environments.

• Ability to analyze requirements and independently propose technical solutions.

• Knowledge of NoSQL databases.

• Advanced experience in implementing and customizing the REFramework.

• Familiarity with C#, .NET, Python, or PowerShell.

• Experience in integrating multiple enterprise systems.

• Understanding of RPA solution architecture and governance.

• Experience with Scrum or Kanban methodologies.

• Knowledge of CI/CD practices as applied to automations.

• UiPath certifications, such as UiPath Certified Professional - Automation Developer, or equivalent.
