
Senior Robotic Stapling Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as the primary district authority on stapling, utilizing proprietary technologies to enhance market share.
• Deliver practical training and clinical assistance to surgeons and surgical teams.
• Spearhead the launch and implementation of robotic hybrid bedside procedures throughout the district.
• Foster conversion opportunities by closely collaborating with robotic surgery teams.
• Initiate and implement district-wide market development initiatives, such as Therapy Awareness Programs, Robotic-Assisted Surgery (RAS) Adoption, and Peer-to-Peer Training Programs.
• Collaborate with MedEd to carry out KOL engagement strategies that promote market adoption.
• Work with HEPR to identify and capitalize on economic opportunities for portfolio expansion.
• Maintain a consistent weekly presence in robotic procedures to enhance expertise in robotic surgery.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with robotic surgery teams.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years of experience * OR Associate’s Degree AND 6+ years of experience * OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years of experience *
• Relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related fields within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Familiarity and experience with Medtronic Surgical/Stapling and Digital Technology.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to assess regional sales potential.
• Proven leadership and coaching skills with a track record of achieving and surpassing sales objectives.
• Demonstrated success in sales within the medical device or healthcare sector, ideally in surgical or related domains.
• Comprehensive understanding of clinical settings and the capacity to convey complex product information to various stakeholders.
• Experience in establishing and managing key customer relationships with decision-makers in both clinical and administrative positions.
• Ability to analyze business trends and leverage insights to formulate actionable strategies.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., SF.com) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
