This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Maintain oversight of threat and opportunity trigger points to aid in risk cost profiling, risk-budget utilization, and the mitigation of threats or opportunities.
• Utilize risk data to guide investment planning processes.
• Monitor overall risk exposure alongside the remaining risk budget.
• Evaluate risks held by contractors and their perspectives on client-held risks.
• Generate timely risk reports that convey the status of threats and opportunities.
• Conduct quantitative assessments of cost and schedule risks to inform contingency levels.
• Enhance risk management services for the client.
• Deliver comprehensive project risk management across various projects and programs.
• Develop risk management plans and processes that align with client requirements and frameworks.
• Carry out regular risk reviews, analyze risks, establish response plans, and monitor project and program risk profiles.
• Lead the processes for quantitative cost and schedule risk assessments (QCRA and QSRA).
• Integrate risk management with program and project controls, including cost and schedule management, change control, and reporting.
• Collaborate with controls teams to eliminate redundancies and identify areas for improvement.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer among risk, project controls, and client teams.
• Create value-stream maps to identify pain points and reduce waste.
• Support supplier performance management through metrics and improvement action plans.
• Assist expert witnesses in arbitration or litigation processes.
• Lead contract and claims management during the construction phase.
• Evaluate contractual claims and provide advisory on disputes and resolutions.
• Assess delay-recovery measures.
• Perform change management and oversee cost control during the construction phase.
• Supervise the measurement and valuation of completed works and variations.
• Manage final account settlements with contractors.
• Comply with relevant SOX control responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related construction field.
• A minimum of 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in construction project procurement and contract management.
• Proven experience in a Program Management or Program Controls setting.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in risk identification, facilitation, and techniques.
• Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation capabilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of construction contracts, commercial models, and delivery methods.
• Proficiency in process mapping, root cause analysis, problem-solving, and value-stream mapping.
• Familiarity with web-based database tools such as ARM, Predict, and Tableau.
• Highly self-motivated, analytical, and customer-focused.
