This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete administrative review process, which includes the triage and classification of documents, as well as the technical execution of document management procedures.
• Coordinate and guide the daily activities of designated team members involved in document-related tasks, ensuring that priorities, deadlines, and quality benchmarks are achieved; collaborate with Devoted’s internal management team to align assignments and address resource challenges.
• Perform thorough quality assurance checks to ensure the precision of work outputs.
• Supervise and enhance the application of AI-native tools for automated extraction of administrative information, aiming to support the team’s highest quality output and process.
• Act as a liaison between teams by providing prompt feedback on success and document quality to inform strategic adjustments in the audit methodology.
• Work closely with internal technology teams to troubleshoot system issues and streamline processes.
• Prepare and present metrics, error trends, and resolution summaries for audit operations reporting; utilize AI, SQL, Looker, or other business intelligence tools to extract and analyze data from workstreams as needed.
• Create and maintain documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational uniformity.
• Demonstrated experience as an operator who proactively takes initiative with a robust problem-solving approach and the ability to adapt to evolving situations and requirements.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to conduct thorough quality assurance under time-sensitive conditions.
• High comfort level with data extraction and analysis using spreadsheets, along with experience or willingness to utilize database query tools.
• Ability to detect anomalies and troubleshoot technical issues while collaborating effectively with IT and technical teams.
• Strong organizational capabilities and experience managing high-volume workflows within tight time constraints.
• Experience in working with offshore resources or distributed teams, with the ability to communicate priorities and task requirements clearly without direct managerial authority.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for engaging with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management (HIM), Business, or a related field. Relevant professional experience will be considered in place of a bachelor’s degree.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare data (e.g., ICD‑10-CM medical diagnosis codes).
