Identity Governance Analyst, IAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Implement and assist with quarterly access recertification initiatives for global applications, which includes tracking metrics, following up with stakeholders, and overseeing remediation actions.

• Examine identity and access data to detect anomalies, inactive accounts, ownership gaps, and other risk indicators.

• Facilitate the onboarding of new applications and groups to the corporate Identity Governance platform, collaborating with Application Owners and certification owners.

• Create and maintain process documentation and evidence, while also supporting audits and control testing.

• Collaborate with CISO teams, Application Owners, and IT Operations to address identity governance-related challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).

• Experience in Identity Governance (IGA).

• Background in Information Security or a related field in IT Operations.

• Demonstrated experience in supporting access review and certification campaigns.

• Familiarity with enterprise Identity Governance platforms, ideally SailPoint IIQ and SailPoint ISC.

• Proficiency in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.

• Strong analytical abilities for handling large datasets using Excel.

• Well-organized and capable of managing multiple campaigns and priorities at once.

• Participation in automation and continuous improvement projects utilizing PowerShell, Power Automate, and AI tools.

• Preferred: experience with Splunk, SharePoint, and Power Automate.
