Risk Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the third-party risk assessment process by utilizing GRC tools to identify, document, evaluate, and assess risks, controls, and mitigation strategies.

• Generate regular reports, dashboards, and summaries for leadership to convey key risk trends, monitoring outcomes, and significant developments.

• Ensure accurate documentation of risk incidents, mitigation measures, control evaluations, and internal risk records, including materials for internal audits, regulatory inquiries, and risk committee assessments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as operations, compliance, legal, product, and risk owners, to comprehend risk exposure and facilitate effective control design and monitoring.

• Investigate risk topics, regulatory changes, and industry trends to inform the broader risk strategy and contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance risk management practices, reporting, and tool proficiency.

• Address due diligence inquiries from internal stakeholders and clients by collecting, organizing, and relaying accurate third-party risk information and supporting documentation.

• Leverage knowledge of AI and AI agent capabilities to improve workflow efficiency, assist in risk analysis and documentation efforts, and enhance reporting and monitoring activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in risk management, compliance, analytics, information security risk, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in third-party risk management within financial services, technology, or similarly regulated environments, with the capability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management abilities, with the skill to interpret data and adhere to structured processes.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear reports and engage effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
