This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Prepare and assist in the delivery of regular risk reporting and escalation to the PMO and program leadership.
• Facilitate the identification and intake of risks across various workstreams.
• Maintain and manage risk registers at multiple levels within the program.
• Support and guide project teams in effective practices for risk identification, mitigation, and escalation.
• Ensure visibility of threat and opportunity trigger points to aid in risk cost profiling.
• Monitor overall risk exposure and evaluate the remaining risk budget.
• Collaborate with workstream and delivery teams to comprehend risk ownership, dependencies, and impacts throughout the program.
• Conduct quantitative risk assessments (cost and schedule) to inform project contingency levels.
• Initiate a proactive approach to reviewing, developing, and enhancing risk management services for the client.
• Undertake comprehensive project risk management practices across multiple projects/programs.
• Conduct regular risk reviews, identify and analyze risks, and formulate response plans.
• Lead and execute a thorough schedule and cost-effective risk assessment.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field in construction.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in construction project procurement and contract management.
• Proven experience in a Program Management or Program Controls environment.
• Understanding of construction delivery methods and project execution practices, including awareness of how risks may affect cost, schedule, and delivery.
• Excellent communication, analytical, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of construction delivery methods, contracts, and commercial models.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, including the capability to identify root causes and enhance processes where needed.
• Familiarity with web-based database tools such as ARM, Kahua, and Tableau.
• Highly self-motivated, analytical, and customer-oriented.
• Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments (e.g., owner, integrator, PMO, contractors).
• Ability to function effectively in settings where processes, tools, and governance are continuously evolving.
