Senior RFP and Proposal Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation of strategic and high-quality RFP/RFI responses from the initial intake to final submission.

• Establish and integrate win themes, key messaging, and competitive positioning into each proposal.

• Direct contributors and subject matter experts (SMEs) to produce clear, relevant, and engaging content.

• Collaborate with the Sales team to identify and monitor upcoming RFPs and strategic opportunities.

• Analyze proposal outcomes and generate insights to enhance future submissions.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in RFP/proposal management or a similar field.

• Knowledge of sales processes and competitive positioning.

• Strong skills in proposal management and project coordination.

• Exceptional organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple deadlines effectively.

• Familiarity with proposal tools and content management systems is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is desirable.
