Proposal Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the development of proposals, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from the initial kickoff and planning stages to the final submission.

• Analyze Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements to create a compliance matrix, propose templates, assign teams, and establish production schedules.

• Facilitate internal kickoff meetings, strategic discussions, and formal reviews with executive leadership.

• Oversee the development of content, formatting, and graphics to ensure clear alignment with the company's win themes.

• Collaborate with technical staff and project managers to gather, refine, and translate complex data into understandable formats.

• Maintain proactive communication across teams to quickly resolve issues and adhere to strict deadlines.

• Update and optimize the proposal boilerplate, resumes, project profiles, and content asset libraries using responsive platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in proposal development within A/E/C, EPC, utilities, or professional services sectors.

• Exceptional writing and editing abilities with a keen focus on document clarity and compliance.

• Proven ability to manage tight deadlines, complex schedules, and numerous moving parts effectively.

• High proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and standard content tools.

• Skilled in gathering information from technical teams, project managers, and executive leadership.

• Motivated to enhance workflows, manage boilerplate text, and maintain organized asset libraries.

• Hands-on experience with SharePoint, ProjectWise, and the Responsive RFP platform is preferred.

• APMP Foundation/Practitioner certification is an advantage.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
