Senior Revenue Systems Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and sustain the HubSpot CRM, which includes managing contacts, companies, deals, tickets, workflows, custom properties, and reporting.

• Set up and enhance sales, marketing, and service hubs.

• Develop and maintain automated workflows, lead routing rules, email templates, forms, and sequences.

• Supervise data quality, deduplication efforts, and adherence to CRM governance standards.

• Create dashboards and reports to assist in business performance evaluation and informed decision-making.

• Handle integrations between HubSpot and various other business systems.

• Facilitate user onboarding, training, and continuous system adoption.

• Administer and maintain the DealHub platform.

• Configure pricing rules, product catalogs, approval workflows, quote templates, and processes for contract generation.

• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to guarantee accurate pricing and quoting frameworks.

• Preserve product configurations and subscription models.

• Resolve issues related to quote generation, approval workflows, and integrations.

• Evaluate current business processes and suggest enhancements.

• Identify opportunities for automation to boost efficiency and minimize manual tasks.

• Partner with stakeholders to collect requirements and implement system upgrades.

• Act as the main point of contact for users of HubSpot and DealHub.

• Create training materials and conduct user training sessions.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Sales Operations, or a related discipline.

• 3-5+ years of experience in administering HubSpot CRM.

• 3-5+ years of experience with administering DealHub CPQ or comparable CPQ platforms.

• Strong knowledge of CRM, data analytics, sales operations, and quote-to-cash workflows.

• Proficiency in workflow automation, reporting, and system integrations.

• Expertise in data management and CRM governance.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
