This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.
• Assist in the upkeep and enhancement of revenue data, particularly within Salesforce and other integrated platforms (Outreach, Definitive Healthcare, etc).
• Take ownership of data integrity, transforming business requirements into technical specifications.
• Provide education and support to Salesforce users.
• Develop reporting and dashboards to facilitate insights for leadership.
• Drive data insights for crucial business decisions.
• Over 3 years of relevant professional experience in a Business Systems, Enterprise Applications, or Revenue/Sales Operations team.
• More than 2 years of advanced Salesforce expertise, focusing on data integrity maintenance and intricate reporting.
• Proven experience in data analysis, evaluating data integrity, and constructing reports for leadership review.
• At least 1 year of experience in a high-growth start-up environment (preferred).
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare, benefits, or a comparable marketplace business (preferred).
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration to convey business needs as technical specifications for Salesforce engineers to uphold systems and data integrity (preferred).
• Familiarity with creating and maintaining playbooks for representative-facing systems (preferred).
• Experience with our tech stack's subordinate tools - Outreach, Gong, LeanData, Definitive Healthcare, Dialpad, ZoomInfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator (preferred).
