This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Design, manage, and continuously enhance our revenue technology infrastructure, incorporating platforms for sales engagement, marketing automation, data enrichment, conversation intelligence, and partner management to ensure streamlined processes and precise reporting.
• Convert business needs into scalable technical solutions, striking a balance between speed, adaptability, and long-term sustainability within the revenue organization.
• Assess, choose, and spearhead the technical deployment of emerging technologies, including AI-driven tools, to enhance productivity, personalization, and decision-making across go-to-market functions.
• Create and uphold technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, data flow mappings, and process specifications.
• Maintain data governance protocols to ensure the integrity and accuracy of information across all revenue platforms.
• Establish and promote key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the efficiency and effectiveness of sales and marketing, providing insights that guide strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Enablement teams to identify process inefficiencies and implement data-driven, system-focused solutions.
• Keep abreast of developments in RevOps technology, automation, data infrastructure, and AI applications in go-to-market operations.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a similarly technical role in go-to-market operations.
• Advanced expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), including data models, automation, validation logic, and system configuration.
• Strong analytical acumen with proven experience in reporting, data analysis, and converting data into practical business insights.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail and a history of delivering high-quality results under competing priorities.
• Effective communicator and cross-functional collaborator, with established experience working alongside Sales, Marketing, and other go-to-market stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solver with a mindset geared towards continuous improvement and the capability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in real-time.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Comfort in responsibly utilizing AI tools for tasks such as research, drafting, or data review.
• Ability to learn new tools and adapt as technology progresses.
• Curiosity and willingness to explore new methodologies.
• Collaborative approach when engaging with teams and technology.
