Senior Revenue Insights Analyst

📋 Description

• In the Revenue Operations department, the Senior Revenue Insights Analyst will be tasked with providing precise, timely, and scalable revenue reporting that allows leadership to assess performance, mitigate risk, and foster predictable growth.

• This position emphasizes the creation of reliable reports and dashboards, the standardization of revenue metrics, and the assurance of data consistency across various business units.

• The analyst will collaborate closely with RevOps, Sales Ops, and Business Intelligence teams to fulfill operational and executive reporting requirements.

• Revenue Reporting & Dashboards: Build, maintain, and enhance ongoing reports and dashboards for pipeline, bookings, renewals, churn, and expansion.

• Take ownership of standard reporting packages for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.

• Ensure that reports conform to approved metric definitions and meet leadership's expectations.

• Measure and present key performance indicators in relation to budgets and forecasts.

• Salesforce Reporting & Data Management: Develop Salesforce reports and Salesforce Analytics assets to aid in performance tracking.

• Manage report logic, filters, and groupings to guarantee consistency and accuracy.

• Assist with ad hoc reporting requests from RevOps, Sales, and Finance partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a financial analyst or management consulting role.

• A bachelor’s degree, ideally in business, finance, accounting, economics, or another data-focused field.

• Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, xlookups, sumifs, etc.), PowerPoint, Salesforce.com, and other BI & reporting tools.

• Experience in data analysis.

• Financial analysis and reporting expertise.

• Skill in creating professional presentations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to organize complex information in a clear and user-friendly manner.

• Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle deadlines for multiple projects with differing completion dates.

• Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with individuals across the organization and at various levels.

• Attention to detail.

• Prior experience in financial analysis or management consulting.

• Familiarity with using AI to enhance reporting efficiency.

• An MBA is preferred.
