• Lead the analytics center of excellence for Gainsight's GTM organization, initially concentrating on Sales and Customer Success.
• Establish standards for dashboard design, metric definitions, data governance, and insight delivery throughout the team.
• Ensure the quality and reliability of all GTM reporting, allowing leadership to trust the numbers without hesitation.
• Serve as a mentor to fellow analysts, emphasizing both technical and business acumen, escalation support, and knowledge sharing.
• Manage end-to-end analytics related to bookings, pipeline health, forecasting, GRR, NRR, renewals, and customer expansion.
• Collaborate with the GTM Planning team to evolve planning models that aid in AOP, quota setting, capacity planning, and scenario analysis.
• Provide executive-ready dashboards and operate on weekly/monthly/quarterly cadences for Sales and CS leadership.
• Work alongside Finance on bookings-to-revenue reconciliation and board-level reporting.
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities, shifting from merely answering questions to anticipating them.
• Drive the transition from static BI dashboards to AI-enabled, self-service data exploration for GTM stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the GTM Data Architect to create the semantic layer — the business-side definitions of ACV, GRR, pipeline, and churn to facilitate reliable AI querying.
• Design and implement AI-driven analytical workflows, including natural language querying, anomaly detection, and proactive insight generation.
• Empower Sales and CS leaders to independently query data without needing to route every inquiry through the analytics team.
• Remain up-to-date with the evolving landscape of AI analytics tools and present recommendations for improvement.
• Act as a trusted analytical advisor to Sales VPs, CS leadership, and RevOps.
• Convert complex data into clear business recommendations, linking the numbers to actionable insights.
• Assist in strategic planning processes, including territory design, AOP, and Rules of Engagement.
• A minimum of 7 years in GTM analytics, Revenue Operations analytics, or BI roles supporting Sales or CS in a B2B SaaS environment is required.
• Extensive knowledge of the entire SaaS revenue lifecycle, including bookings, pipeline, ARR, GRR, NRR, renewals, and customer health.
• Hands-on experience in owning and managing a BI environment, including building, maintaining, and enhancing dashboards rather than just consuming them.
• Strong proficiency with modern BI tools (Sigma Computing is highly preferred; Looker, Tableau, or similar tools are also acceptable).
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouse environments (Snowflake preferred; BigQuery or Redshift acceptable; responsible for understanding the data model and working confidently within it, but not for building pipelines).
• Demonstrated ability to define and govern critical business metrics and to translate business logic into data structures that others can rely on.
• Actively employ AI tools to enhance analytics workflows, not just aware but with practical hands-on experience.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills, comfortable presenting to and challenging senior leaders.
• Fully covered medical premiums (for employee-only).
• Flexible PTO.
• 401(k) plan.
• Dental and vision coverage.
• Remote work options.
• $10,000 lifetime fertility stipend.
• Access to coworking spaces globally.
• Dedicated Recharge Holidays - one long weekend each quarter to relax and reset.
