This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Overseeing a portfolio of retirement plan clients
• Ensuring precise plan administration, adherence to regulations, and proactive management of client relationships
• Executing technical aspects of plan operations, including government filings and participant transactions
• Drafting, modifying, and maintaining plan documentation
• Conducting nondiscrimination testing (ADP/ACP, top-heavy, cross-tested)
• Tracking participant eligibility, contributions, and vesting schedules
• Assisting with both internal and external audit procedures
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in all facets of retirement plan administration
• Familiarity with 401(k) and 403(b) plans
• In-depth understanding of ERISA, DFVCP, and VCP filings
• Skilled in Non-Discrimination testing (Section 401(a)(4), 401(a)(26))
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe, and Docusign
• ASPPA and/or CEBS designation is mandatory
