This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Independently manage assigned FIFA retail and eCommerce accounts or under guidance.
• Actively contribute to the overall FIFA retail strategy by providing continuous strategic insights and recommendations aimed at enhancing sales, revenue, and the consumer experience.
• Handle account management responsibilities, including contractual terms and conditions, as well as rights and obligations of FIFA’s retail operators.
• Collaborate with retail operators to plan and manage the product assortment and purchasing for FIFA retail channels, ensuring a top-tier selection.
• Identify product opportunities and lead product development efforts with licensing managers to satisfy both event-specific and year-round retail and eCommerce requirements.
• Work alongside FIFA's cross-functional teams to coordinate product collection launches, promotions, storytelling, marketing campaigns, and consumer engagement initiatives.
• Oversee the planning and management of the product roll-out calendar and marketing calendar for FIFA retail channels.
• Manage particular licensing and retail projects, including DTR projects as assigned.
• Assist the licensing and retail team in overseeing FIFA licensees concerning retail opportunities and requirements.
• Collaborate closely and proactively with the L&R controller to ensure all projects are measured and tracked, facilitating data-driven decisions and recommendations while ensuring financial transactions are accurately recorded, processed, and invoiced.
• Supervise market benchmarking and monitor unauthorized FIFA intellectual property products and retail operations.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar or related role.
• Experience in assortment planning or buying across DTC/retail and eCommerce.
• Background in sports or fashion brands is advantageous.
• Project management experience is considered a plus.
• Proven experience in retail marketing is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English.
• Skilled in Word and PowerPoint.
• Advanced skills in Excel.
• Familiarity with planning tools and systems is a plus.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Results-oriented while maintaining an understanding of the broader context.
• Strong knowledge of the retail and eCommerce landscape, especially in the sports licensed business and its key players.
• Highly analytical, capable of converting data into actionable insights.
• Excellent team player.
