• Accountable for preparing the restaurant and team for the opening.

• Facilitate on-site training and evaluate both pre and post-opening outcomes.

• Collaborate with restaurant readiness managers and field operations teams.

• Ensure compliance with all food safety protocols.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.

• At least 5 years of experience in a management role.

• Must hold a Serv Safe Certification.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Strong skills in facilitation and project management.
