This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Assist in the management of Army logistics resource programs through effective planning, execution, and strategic initiatives.
• Perform research and analysis to assess resource needs, evaluate organizational performance, manage funding execution, and identify emerging issues.
• Gather, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from various sources to aid executive decision-making and provide resource recommendations.
• Create executive-ready presentations, reports, decision papers, and other written communications that support Army logistics resource management initiatives.
• Aid in the planning, programming, budgeting, execution, and monitoring of Army logistics resources and organizational priorities.
• Coordinate efforts and recommendations across various Army organizations and stakeholders to meet resource management goals.
• Oversee project activities, milestones, deliverables, funding actions, and action items to ensure timely completion.
• Lead meetings, working groups, and collaborative planning sessions while documenting decisions and tracking follow-up actions.
• Integrate complex financial, operational, and analytical information into actionable recommendations that enhance mission performance and organizational effectiveness.
• Create performance metrics, dashboards, and analytical products to provide leadership visibility and facilitate informed decision-making.
• Assist with resource planning, financial analysis, program integration, and organizational assessment tasks as needed.
• Participate in business development activities, including market research, proposal support, solution development, and client engagement as required.
• Undertake additional consulting, analytical, and project support tasks as assigned.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, Management, Economics, Logistics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of twelve years of professional experience in supporting Army logistics, resource management, financial management, DoD, or other complex government organizations.
• Experience in resource planning, financial analysis, program management, budget execution, or conducting organizational assessments.
• Strong analytical abilities, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with spreadsheets, databases, financial systems, and collaborative tools.
• Proven capability to collect, analyze, and synthesize information from multiple sources into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including experience in developing executive-level briefings, reports, and presentations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in coordinating with various stakeholders and effectively working within cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• This role necessitates an active Secret security clearance. Applicants must be U.S. citizens.
