This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Collaborate closely with resellers in Spain to deliver precise revenue forecasts and meet revenue goals.
• Identify and onboard new Reseller Partners.
• Create and oversee comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies with our partners, resulting in a robust pipeline of new business.
• Assist in the sales cycle in partnership with our sales teams, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Promote unique value propositions and expertise with key strategic partners.
• Ensure accountability and foster reciprocal partnerships.
• Regularly assess sales play metrics and effectiveness with partners and Braze leadership.
• Maintain dashboards that inform leadership about the success of GTM sales initiatives with our partners.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with other departments and divisions within Braze.
• Work with senior leadership to enhance current operational methodologies.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience within partnerships, channel, and the cloud industry.
• Proven track record of generating Annual Contract Value (ACV) from Resellers.
• A strong focus on execution, driven by a desire to surpass targets and achieve results.
• Extensive and proven understanding of the agency and marketing services ecosystem.
• Familiarity with service offering development, marketing, lead generation, and key performance indicators for professional services organizations.
• Ideally, prior experience in an agency consultancy with in-depth knowledge of agency organizational structures, business dynamics, and effective business case formulation.
• Executive presence with the capability to present and sell visionary ideas to executive audiences.
• Ability to navigate uncertainty, manage complex strategic and operational projects, and scale effectively across a large organization and distributed teams.
• Strong drive and character traits that align with Braze Core Values, inspiring others to follow and take action.
• Over 8 years of experience in SaaS and MarTech companies.
• Must have experience as a Sales Manager in a SaaS environment.
• Must have experience in Channel/Partner Sales.
• Must have experience in Reseller Recruitment and Nurturing.
• Preferred experience in Digital Marketing/MarTech.
• Knowledge in Sales Enablement.
• Experience in Partner Program Development.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
