Senior Research Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

⛳️ Requirements

• A PhD or equivalent research experience in a computer science-related field.

• 4-5+ years of experience in the industry.

• A publication record at ICML, NeurIPS, ACL, ICLR, EMNLP.

• Profound expertise in at least one area: model efficiency, real-time alignment, or algorithmic optimization.

• A systems thinking approach to understand and optimize the entire ML stack.

• Strong programming skills in Python, along with experience in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow).

• Familiarity with model optimization techniques (RLHF, finetuning).

• Experience working in an industry lab with large-scale computing.
