Principal Medical Scientist – Project Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversees the scope, objectives, and quality of project deliverables.

• Acts as the main point of contact among the internal team, clients, and vendors concerning medical monitoring, medical data evaluation, eligibility assessments, and other project-specific medical services.

• Works collaboratively with study team members from Clinical Operations, Data Management, Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance, and Project Management to identify potential risks to data integrity and participant safety.

• Leads the Scientific Services team for a project while assessing resource requirements.

• Functions as a principal scientific authority at the customer partnership, portfolio, or coalition level.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS Degree in life sciences or a health-related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or MS/MBA with 3+ years, PharmD/PhD with 2 years, or MD/DO with 1 year.

• Relevant industry experience in the Clinical Scientist role or a similar position.

• Experience working within multinational teams or on international studies.

• Practical experience in the design, execution, and analysis of epidemiology studies.

• Experience in or leading study teams.

• Proficient knowledge of statistics, data analysis, and data interpretation.

• Comprehensive understanding of the clinical research process and Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), as well as clinical and regulatory operations.
