This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to assist in customer engagements across the entire lifecycle.
• Facilitate customer-facing discussions such as discovery calls, workshops, enablement sessions, and executive presentations.
• Aid prospects and customers in establishing scalable research workflows and incorporating Maze into their product development and decision-making processes.
• Advise customers on UX Research best practices, continuous discovery, democratized research, and research operations.
• Over 5 years of experience in UX Research, Research Operations, or a similar field.
• Proven experience working directly with cross-functional product teams in dynamic environments.
• Outstanding communication and storytelling abilities, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
• Highly collaborative and organized, adept at navigating ambiguity and driving initiatives forward.
• Comfortable managing strategic discussions alongside hands-on execution.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings, workshops, and company events.
