This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to enhance customer interactions throughout their journey.
• Facilitate customer-facing discussions such as discovery calls, workshops, enablement sessions, and executive presentations.
• Assist prospects and customers in creating scalable research workflows and incorporating Maze into their product development and decision-making processes.
• Advise customers on UX Research best practices, ongoing discovery, democratized research, and research operations.
• Over 5 years of experience in UX Research, Research Operations, or a related domain.
• Proven experience collaborating directly with cross-functional product teams in dynamic environments.
• Outstanding communication and storytelling abilities, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
• Highly collaborative and organized, adept at navigating uncertainty and advancing initiatives.
• Comfortable balancing strategic discussions with hands-on implementation.
• Availability to travel for customer meetings, workshops, and company events.
