This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of the complete research process across various projects simultaneously, from interpreting client briefs to the final presentation, ensuring timely delivery aligned with client goals.
• Create screeners, questionnaires, discussion guides, and research methodologies that yield actionable insights across diverse project types and complexities.
• Lead data analysis and synthesize findings from multiple methodologies to construct clear and compelling insight narratives for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Present research results to clients with clarity and confidence, linking insights to business implications and recommended actions.
• Manage Elite/Advanced client accounts with support from an Associate Research Director, Director, or Senior Director while fostering strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with teams to assist in developing proposals, pitch materials, and Quarterly Business Reviews that ensure a best-in-class client experience.
• Review and enhance the work produced by fellow research team members, offering coaching and feedback to promote quality and team development.
• Identify opportunities to refine research workflows, best practices, and internal processes to enhance quality, efficiency, and scalability.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in a client-facing research delivery role, specifically in qualitative research.
• Experience in online qualitative research, encompassing both data collection and analysis.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients efficiently and simultaneously, delivering comprehensive strategic insight projects.
• Advanced understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, research design, analysis, reporting, and presentation.
• Proficiency in online platforms and analysis tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and storytelling through insights.
• High level of understanding regarding the role of technology and AI in the research process.
