Senior Research Contract Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Negotiate and draft contracts for clinical research studies.

• Include agreements such as Confidentiality Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Clinical Trial Agreements, Nonconforming Subcontracts, Master Service Agreements, Material Transfer Agreements, and Data Transfer Agreements.

• Enhance organizational effectiveness and promote improved outcomes for students.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess valid U.S. work authorization.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in research administration and/or legal fields.

• Proficient in Advanced Contract Management.

• Strong skills in Strategic Communication and Negotiation.

• Analytical capabilities for contract evaluation.

• Expertise in Relationship Management.

• Skills in Process Improvement and Resilience.

• Knowledge of Compliance and Regulatory standards.

• Administrative experience within research environments.
